Everything.

I close my eyes, and I Am.

I inhale,

Deeper than roots,

Higher than sky.

Suspended by breath, I expand.

I am a series of exchanges,

A dance of forces:

Boundless spirals of rhythms of rhythms.

I am the pause between birdsong, awaiting reply.

Echoes of laughter bouncing on brick.

The ramble of overlapping lungs.

I am the smell of hot, rhubarb crumble

Brewed by loving hands.

The patient saliva building against cheek.

I am the flowing negotiation of River and Rock.

The shuffle of Leaf’s underbelly,

Caressed and stirred by a whisper of wind.

I am the heady scent of Summer’s bloom,

The chattering teeth of Winter’s chill.

I am the missions in motion

Of chaotic creatures scurrying through Earth.

The plots, rotations and fields between Planets and Stars.

I am the lingering warmth of the Sun after set.

The handshake of light meeting dark.

I exhale…

To grow and explore the moments of movement

We miss with each blink.

I open my eyes, and I am You.

You are me.

We are everything

In between.
