What is it?

As a trained Exercise Specialist and Contemporary Dance Artist, I help people to improve and maintain their optimum physical and emotional health through bespoke and sustainable programming.

To get to - and stay at - the top of your game is no easy feat. When juggling a social life with healthy habits and work commitments, it can be tough to find the balance that works for you. With over seven years experience as a professional dance artist, and six years teaching 1-to-1 clients for Health & Wellbeing, I combine my knowledge from both industries to bring an integrated, holistic method of maintaining the balance for your own life journey.

So, what do I do?

Help your mind and body manage the fluctuating intensity levels of every-day life through bespoke online programmes and coaching. Every person’s structure and targets for achievement are unique, and so your individual programmes will differ depending on your experiences, preferences, history and goals. I incorporate somatic practices and methods including Stretch Therapy, Breathwork, Range of Motion (ROM) mobility exercises, Pilates, Kundalini Yoga kriyas, Movement Meditations, Resistance, Bodyweight and Functional Training exercises to provide sustainable building blocks for consistent progress. Plus we will focus on sessions for optimised personal nutrition and forming new habits. This fully holistic route will provide a clear understanding of how to fuel your mind and body for success, whilst ensuring a consistent upward trajectory for your wellbeing. Revitalise. Refresh. I am passionate about helping people to create sustainable changes through bespoke programmes, tailored to work around the individual. Throughout my experience, I have spent many hours analysing the gorgeous (and finely-tuned) details of our physiological structure – And every structure is unique.

Combining creativity with diligence, I offer bespoke, online programming, designed carefully to work around your lifestyle.
